Property Finder

Whiteford Properties capitalises on its years of property experience to help you find your ideal investment property or that dream home, saving you time, money and all the stress that goes along with buying a property.

Property Sales Co-ordinator

Once the process of finding the right property has been achieved (either through Whiteford Properties services or yourself), we can offer the role to act on your behalf for the closing period of offer accepted to exchange and completion. Knowing this can be time consuming, stressful and not always convenient to deal with during the working week we will co-ordinate with your solicitor, agent and buyer/seller on your behalf. We will prove daily/weekly updates as appropriate to make sure all transactions/further negotiations run smoothly and timely.

Property Renovation Management

Should you require renovation or remedial work to be carried out to your property, we are able to project manage this for you. We can also put you in contact with our recommended contractors where applicable/required. Project management is independent of our Letting & Management service.

House Sitting

Our house sitting service helps to ensure your home is protected from security risks when you are away.
Additionally, we also offer services for those who are going away and would like their pets to remain in their familiar surroundings maintaining all routines, plants to be watered and/or tending the gardens.

One Off Inspections

If you require simply a one off inspection or even quarterly inspections of a property we do not manage, we will be happy to organise this and will provide a full detailed report of the property.

Communal Area Cleaning and Groundskeeping

Communal Area Cleaning and Groundskeeping is an important part of maintaining the aesthetics of properties and areas. Internal and external works to your communal areas will reduce or eliminate waste, litter, overgrowth and general untidiness.

Should you require our services we will take responsibility for your internal and external communal areas, and the issues associated with them to ensure you and your tenants receive the highest standard of quality and service.

We offer a comprehensive communal area cleaning service including stairwells, lifts, entrance lobbies, walkways, kitchens, washrooms and window cleaning. For groundskeeping we can mow lawns, weed lawns/driveways, trim bushes/trees etc.

Inventory Make, Check-In and Check Outs

We can provide a comprehensive inventory of the contents of the furnishings, fixtures, and fittings of a property, including a full description of the condition of walls, ceilings, floors and carpets, paintwork, light fittings, woodwork, windows, radiators etc. The document is agreed by both landlord and tenant at check-in and check out.

At the start of a new tenancy we produce a schedule of the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. We take utility meter readings and list and hand over the keys to the tenant.

At the end of a tenancy we compare the state of the property to the original inventory. We list all changes, make recommendations based on our professional expertise, and, where practical, advise on compensation.
